1. Signing up for the first or subsequent sessions means making a preliminary reservation and paying a net entry fee of PLN 50, which becomes the final reservation when the fee for the session is credited to the account. 

2. Please make the transfer within 2 days from the date of receiving the e-mail with logistics data. Please report a late transfer by phone or e-mail. - After making the transfer, cancellation of the visit or changing the date is possible no later than two days before the meeting.

3. Failure to comply with this condition and failure to appear at the session without prior notice will make it impossible to apply for a refund.

4. Please write the service title "session (package 3/1)" - If you cancel the meeting, please let me know before making the transfer.

5. I do not provide anyone with information about the patient or the dates of his meetings with me, except for the people whom the patient indicates in writing in the office.
